Well, if anyone was wondering what 4 o’clock in the morning looks like in Ferrara, here’s a picture.  Completely empty without a soul in sight.  This is called getting-up-extremely-early-for-a-six-o’clock-flight.  Last week, the program went on an excursion in Sicilia, the big island near the tip of the boot, where the Cosa Nostra mafia lives.  To get there, we took a flight that was about one hour – taking a train would be a day and a night.  But here was Ferrara that early morning.  (taken 25.2.2015)
